Everyone needs a Living Trust

Most people don’t want to think about their own death, but everyone knows it is inevitable.  The only guarantee in life, is death.  Planning in advance, can be of huge financial and emotional benefit to your family. During what will most certainly be a difficult and emotional time, the added stress and expense of having to go to Probate Court can be overwhelming.

You care about your loved ones, why put them through this stress?

A good estate plan, including a Living Trust, is something everyone needs.  Even if your possessions and property are small, passing those items to your heirs without going to probate court, requires a Living Trust.  The relatively small amount of time and money spent now to secure your property, will pay off many times over for your family and loved ones.  This becomes even more important and valuable if you own real estate.   But even if you don’t passing away without a trust guarantees your heirs will have to deal with court one way or another.

It is difficult to think about one’s own death, but getting your affairs in order can help bring you a more stress free life, knowing you have taken care of your loved ones.  I will make this process very easy for you, take away the mystery, explain how a Living Trust works, what a Pour-Over Will is, how Powers of Attorney for healthcare and financial matters work and why I always provide them, and how you can advise your loved ones about your end of life decisions.  Call me today for a free consultation!
