Complete denial from insurance company becomes reasonable settlement

Sometimes an insurance company unfairly refuse pay an injured auto accident victim, based only on the amount of property damage. This is often an unfair yardstick, since the human body does not react the same as the many different products used to construct cars.

I recently helped a gentleman who was leaving the Gulls Hockey Game as a passenger in the front seat of a car that was struck from the rear.  The property damage was minimal so the insurance company completely denied his injury claim.  Unfortunately, at the time of impact he was leaning forward in his seat getting items out of his personal bag.  Being a tall man his head violently struck the dashboard with enough force to cause compression injuries.  This was true even though there was not a lot of bent metal. Using only “property damage” to measure injury inside a car is simply wrong, people are not cars.  I helped him turn a complete denial into a reasonable settlement for his injuries.  I have over 30 years experience with Personal Injury Claims, call me for help.
