Dying without a will leaves a mess behind

Despite potentially devastating consequences millions of Americans still haven’t written a will. 54% of surveyed Americans didn’t have a will in 2021. If you die, without a will, California law dictates who gets your assets. Dying without a will is especially painful if there are unmarried, partners, or stepchildren, who are left out under the law in almost all situations. Without a will or a trust, you are giving up the opportunity to say who will administer your estate, who will be a guardian for minor children, and who will get what. Don’t leave your family a mess, call me today to create a Will. (858) 565-4200.
